It is a crazy idea but yes, I wanna make a cosplay of Sin from FFX.

However, I have no expertise in making outfits just props in a budgetwise manner.

But this won't stop me I wanna enjoy and wreck the cities of Spira only to call any FF cosplayer to face me!

I got the concept on making the fins and tail but what material do I use and how do I make the head and body??

Good grief, that is crazy!

Can you sew? If it were me, I'd find some really crazy-patterned fabric and sew a jumpsuit. I'd quilt some fabric with batting to give it body, and make the head out of that.

I don't know what other materials to use....
