Momiji Sohma: Sailor Fuku Top! Pwease help!

Hiya! I'm fairly new (I just made this account). But im going to a 1 day con in September on the 17th. (Im not a con-virg. XD) So I need to make this cosplay quick! Ok! I looove Momiji he's sooo freaking cute! I've been wanting to cosplay him since 08..I think xD. But I would always do other cosplays.

Anyways, can anyone help me make a sailor fuku top like the Fruits Basket uniform? A pattern or tutorial would be great! I've seen the one on youtube where the lady uses the paper bits, I can't really follow that one. Its really hard to me. >.< I do sew, I've made my Ponyo cosplay and my raver outfits and stuff. Also if I can't make this one I'll have to go as The Painted Lady from Avatar! (My 1st choice for this small con, but still!)
