How do you make Rikku's twin blades from ffx-2?

Does anyone know how to make Rikku's twin blades from Final Fantasy X-2? Care to give me sopme advice on making them? Here's a pic... Rikku's Twin Blades

Wow! I'm baffled!

You could somehow make a rind and form it around 2 swords. you might be able to find blades like that in a toy store, than paint over them. drill a hole around the ring/gear thing, and run it over the sword.
you can find those rings in a foam substance at an arts store. you can cover them with paint or tape.

Sorry if this doesn't help or it seems blah from my other posts, it's this ****ing heat and I've been moveing rocks. Sorry.

it's pretty simple, i thinkI would suggest sketching them out a couple of times befor making the final project.

I'd just paint some paper plates and then use some stiff paper to do the blade part, but that's just me. You're WAY better off trying that link.

Well I have made these my self and there are many ways to make them it all depends of want you want to make it out of.... Also it's depending on how much you want to spend on making it... These was made out of Pine wood. The person that ordered it from me loves them to death. So i am also welling to make some more
