Cats (AYBABTU)

I need to make a Cats costume, the All Your Base Are Belong To Us cyborg. I found the following reference pictures:

Do you require sleep to live? If not, sure, you can make it in three days.

One might be able to pull something like that off that quickly, but if you can, they wouldn't be asking here.
