I need help with the pants for Haku from Naruto. I dont what to do. Thanks

I'm getting a crossed signal from diffrent pics. I've found several pics that lead to: short Hakama pants, simple pants or scrubs, and a cross of both. there are some definate lines running up and down the pant legs. This sets for Hakama pants, but they are incredible small and tighter to be normal hakama pants, so you may want to but some wide ribbed fabric from Walmart... looks like brown or Navy blue, depending.
