Technical difficulties!!!! u.u

so i was browsing around Photobucket looking for some good refs for Haku's mask. I come across some cosplay pictures so i decided to check them out. I did and...i saw that the turtlenecks that they were wearing were black. o_O black? i thought it was dark brown. what color ish it?

and i've been using this pic as a ref for colors.

help me out dudes, before i dye my shirt. XP

Well, I'm probably not the best person to answer (I've barely seen any Naruto and I've only read the first issue of the manga), but from looking at screenshots and whatnot on Google Images, it looks pretty brown (some of the pictures almost look green--but then, yours looks a little green to me, too). It could just be my computer, but...well, I think it'd be clear if it were black. The cosplay pictures I've seen HAVE been black, but...I guess you should check out the Google images or check other pictures of the character and decide for yourself.

Sorry for the length. I just thought I'd put in my rather uninformed two cents. ^^;
