Kingdom Hearts Costumes

Hi, I'm relatively new to cosplaying. The "unofficial" otaku club at my school is planning a trip to an anime convention. My friends and I are in dire need of help for making KH costumes. We need help on the following costumes...

Organization XIII coat: I need to figure out how to get the chain thingys and the drawstrings on a coat. Also, I need to figure out how to make a coat for a very VERY tall friend who is about 6 feet and 7 inches (about 158 cm for anybody that uses the metric system).

Sora outfit: Any suggestions on patterns, fabric type, and the chain thingys for the outfit from KHI would be much appreciated.

Props: Suggestions on Keyblades would be nice (specifically the Kingdom Key). Ideas for making a pink scythe (for the tall friend) would be very nice too.

I'm sorry I couldn't get pictures of what I need help on. I'm currently using a computer with an extremely sluggish Internet connection. Pictures will not load on it.

Even though I have the feeling that no one is going to help me...I still need help and am very dire need of it. And now one of my friends is demanding suggestions to make a sitar...(I told him to go away because I was tired). Will someone PLEASE help me?

For the scythe just try and alter a plastic on and just add things needed on to it. As for Demyx's sitar.... I have no clue, that thing is insane. You could go to a commissioner for that, but it'll probably cost alot.

But um...I still kinda need help on sewing a coat for the tall friend...any ideas anybody?

For a tall coat it's pretty much the same, all you have to worry about is the zipper try looking at the zippers on this site, they're pretty long: http://secure.cartsvr.net/catalogs/inde ... 55&count=1
