How to on making Haku

yeah i'm lame that i rhyme. anyway, i can honestly say i'm odd. I need help on making a Haku from Naruto outfit. Basically, i have only one skill and that ish to sew. via hand or machine, i can do it. thing ish: i dunno where to start. someone help me out. i'd greatly appreciate it. this ish for a friend. he special. ^_^

in my opinion, what you should probably start out with, is the coat (the blue part). That's really the key part of the costume.
Then work your way to the shirt and shorts.
THEN you can worry about the bun cover and accessories (sp?).

thanx. at least it gives me a place to start. now all i need to do ish...learn...how to make it....itself. XD this ish my first time actually making a costume. my Kagome one, i bought that.
