Getting Even Taller

So, here's the deal.
I am going to AB06 as The Big Card from CCS.
I am five foot six/seven. Pretty good for a 16 year old, but I'm not growing any much more.
I have two inch boots, to make me five foot eight/nine. Still pretty good.
Bad part, I'd like to be taller for this costume. It's The Big, I wanna be big!
I can settle with my usual height, however if anyone has any ideas that can make me taller without stretching me on a board (I've had that one) and stilts. I do not care for either of these nor are they options even if I liked them.

(Platforms will work but they tend to run expensive and are painful if you don't get the correct size.)

Well how much bigger are you going for? You could make your own boots and add foam into the bottom (or anything else that would raise you, yet be comfeh n_n) That could add some inches onto you. But I guess it really depends how BIG your aiming for and if your keeping the costume slighty "cartoonish" or if your going for a more realistic look.
