Naruto Shoes

I'm attempting to make a Kakashi costume... but I don't know how to make the shoes. Any help would be appreciated, and I'm kind of pressed for time (going to AniZona^^)

All I can suggest is to get alot of reference pictures and make your own shoe cover pattern. My friend did that and I used it to make mine. Then sew them up and superglue them over a pair of sandals you don't need anymore. I fit mine over the sandals but left enough room at the top to slip them on and made the part that goes around the leg close with velcro so it is adjustable. Hope I could help.
