ACParadise End of Year Survey

Every year, American Cosplay Paradise conducts surveys/polls to see how we're doing, and where we should be going. Seeing the decline of LJ use over the past year, we have switched to completely anonymous survey function, so that anyone can have their say without having an LJ account.
It's your favorite, the ticky poll. At the end you'll be able to write in your comments/suggestions.
