Hi,I'm new to ACP but not to cosplaying. I dressed up for my last convention as Kurenai from Naruto. Necxt October I'm going back to that convention but I need some help. I want to dress up a Hazuki from Moonphase and I can get everything but the headband thing. I need to know if anyone knows how to...
