While I personally don't care for Chobits, I agree that it might be a good one with all the costume options. Kingdom Hearts could also be okay, but a lot of the costumes are also a bit simple (Namine, Olette).

The thing with this one is that the majority of the characters cosplayed from that series are either Link, Zelda, or Malon. Not to mention, I don't think there'd be too many Zelda goodies out there (I'm just basing this on what I see in dealer's rooms, so I could be wrong ^^; ) Well, Link's design ...
