When Kikyo is brought back to life she has to survive on souls, so she has demons(aka soul collectors) gather the souls of the dead for her.

The above link is a pretty good pic. The soul collector is the bluish snake thing by Kikyo.

Kikyo's Soul Collectors

I want to add something extra to my Kikyo costume and I decided on her soul collectors. Considering I am working on another costume now I will only have time to make 1, but does anyhave any ideas as to how I should go about making 1??? Your ideas and thoughts are welcome!!!! Thanks a ton! :wink:

my mom made me an awesome kikyo costume! For the drawstrings she did button holes every 4 to 5 inches or something, then she got a thin but sturdy red ribbon and threaded it through the holes. Omeasan! I thought what might be good is to make a oil based clay mold of the armor and then fill it with water based plaster and then paint it. It is just I thought I am not positive of the results. Kagome coplay

The costume is easy to make, the collar seems difficult, but it really isn't. I made my Kagome costume by just looking at a picture and it turned out great! As soon as I can I will post a pic of my costume. Until then good luck!
