Try craft foam sheets. They are good subs for otherwise expensive and difficult to use metals.

curl? Well, don't use an iron. Get some plastic curlers and hairspray them that way. Leave it for a while, take the curlers out, and they should stay. I think.

oh wow, thanks. I forgot that bodysuit website XD.

I also forgot about the headband-y thing in the front and how katie dyed her hair. I'll have to just tell my friend to do that. She loves that stuff. the yarn as a base is a good idea. Ill try that once we get going.

The hood is obviously a sweatshirt fabric. Yes, use cotton for the skirt, but get a light blue or white since you have to gradient dye it. The booty shorts are jeans or just a dark blue color. Rabi! A lot of people have done that. I can see how the ears would be a problem. Try putting a thick yet still bendable wire inside the fabric when making them.
