you can buy machines that have a progrme that will embroider, but they cost sooooooooooooooooo much! if you do a lot of complicated embroidry then it might be worth it.

you can get belts for very little at goodwill! i got 5 belts and 10 neck ties and the bill was only $6! yay for second hand stores!

the shape should not be to hard to cut out of wood, very tru with a soft wood like pine. then for the barel you can use a pvc pipe cut in half and attach to eather side. paint according and walla! if you wanna get fancy you could burn the logo into the blade with a wood burning kit.

i need to make a few pairs of large wings. they need to be light weight, comfortable, and survive a 4 hour car trip. card bord is to flimsy and plywood is to heavy. i don't have tomuch money to spend on them either (thats the kicker). does any one have any tips or advice?
