Or you could use clear nailpolish or if you very carefully, and your fabric is synthetic, you can burn the hem using a glowing incentstick. :wink:

Yep, it's that kind of string and the thinkness I use is 0,9mm if it needs to be very stiff and 0,6mm if it's not so stiff. I feed it into het rollhem will I'm sewing it. You can see it in this pic (but you cann't see the treat in the pic as it invissible for my camera :()

Just put some (bear)stuffing in those rolls on the bottom of your skirt, that helps to keep it in shape, but is still easy for sitting en washing. :wink:

I have cat eye lenses and thay are on prescipion. Without lenses I cann't see anything and I have those cat lenses for more then 10 years (but I wear them about 1 or 2 a year). I used a very dark gray synthetic fabric (doesn't wrinkels) for the skirt an dthe same fabric in black for the top.
For the lace I've cut out the flowers of several lenghts of coloured lace and hand-sewned them on the sleeves and skirt.
I made this outfit for a friend.

For the Moogle wings I used fabric and some boning together with stuffing for the stifness. These are very small ones, for big ones I sugest wire instead of boning.

For my Sailor Moon wings: I used white cardboard cut to size, sandwiched some wire in between 2 layers of cardboard and hotglued the feathers on.
