Model Joe trial-fitting her new Belarus cosplay. I thought the outfit looked great. I didn\'t want to miss the opportunity so I grabbed my camera and hastily cleared an area. I just had one flash head and a light stand in the far corner of the room. I threw a towel over the corner light (in hindsight-good for diffusion / bad for the towel) to diffuse it since it was overpowering the scene. I also experimented with rear-sync flash that turned a very real knife translucent.
