Photos taken on the last day of the 2013 Northern California Cherry Blossom Festival, held in San Francisco, CA. This was the day the parade was held, and this year the organizers of the cosplay portion of the parade opted to not have either a costume contest or a float for contest winners to ride on, focusing more on simply having fun with cosplay. To be sure, some decided not to go because of there not being a contest or float, but over 200 cosplayers still showed up and it was a more relaxed event.
