Construction Details:

I used insulation foam as the base for the sword. It was dremeled and sanded to get it's intended texture. Then woodglued and gessoed to seal it and make it a little stronger. The handle/hilt is PVC pipe and a small portion of insulation foam. The teeth are made from EVA foam and the rock spine pieces...(Read More) are insulation foam. The teeth were hand painted with acrylic paints and cement glued onto the sword. Then wrapped with thin leather straps.
rnThe sword is two handed and is about 4 and half feet tall...it comes up to my shoulders.
