Construction Details:

Jackets were made using twill, patches were made using rayon thread. 3dmg blades and handles were made from wood (using leather for the handles), boxes were made from foam board over a light weight wood frame, back pieces were made with a 3d printer (we had to design the gear piece by piece, each piece taking anywhere from 4-8 hrs to design and 2-3 hrs to print). Harness was made with nylon webbing, snaps and grommets.

Personal Thoughts:

The costume was extremely hot but also very comfortable!
