Construction Details:

I took a simplicity tail coat pattern and edited the crap out of the back. The loop/drop looking things took FOREVER! They go all around the vest and all across the bottom of the jacket and cuffs.
The first time I sewed the bottom of the jacket it ended up way too long, so I ended up redoing the bottom to make it a better length.
The hat was hand drafted with some help from my BFF.
I made the hat, jacket, vest, bowtie and edited the pants.

Personal Thoughts:

I love, love, LOVE this cosplay! It's so much fun to wear and I feel super silly.
I made it for the NYE ball held by Nan Desu Kan 2010/2011.
I worked super hard on this cosplay and it turned out so much better then I expected!
