Construction Details:

this took about 65 hours to complete. the under skirt is light pink cotton voile, the white is all poplin. the runners are vintage fuschia suede all lined with gold bias tape. the sleeves are lined with the suede and the red trim is red velvet also lined with gold bias tape. the inner sleeves are the same suede and used mostly to hold the sleeves' structure. there is stiffened interfacing to hold up the middle stomach panel. the headdress is made of pink craft foam hand painted with acrylic and all the knots were tied by me. there are hand stitched 80 bells on this costume in total. and all the flowers are hand painted on with fabric paint ^_^
