Construction Details:

I had made this for Katsucon, but wasn't able to get a parasol (which is why it turned into Passionate Rhythm). I fixed a few things, made a new necktie and added flower buttons down the skirt.

Personal Thoughts:

Genocide is all the same, it doesn't matter whether it's humans or makai residents.
