Construction Details:

The awesome headgear and the closure were made by my friend Kikkiko. The ears were made from Wonderflex by me. I altered a pattern(McCalls's M5525) for the coat and just winged the dress. Shoes and overknees were bought.

Personal Thoughts:

I made this for a group cosplay and had so much fun :) We were even recognized a few times, although OS-tans aren't really popular in germany. Kikkiko as 98-tan and Gamina as ME-tan
